Earlier today we had our interim crit for the group brief - 'how to make a paper airplane', we felt like we had a strong idea, however after discussion with both Amber and Jo we realised that we had focused too much on the game and not enough on the construction of the paper airplane. Despite already looking at different designs of paper airplanes we will now be expanding this looking at different paper weights, and different sizes of paper. We will also make the game more education changing our purpose from entertainment to educating. We will include key facts about flying and also incorporate a ruler to measure the precision of flying the plane. As well as expanding our original idea we will also be researching educational children's games, and how to construction a 'perfect' paper airplane. We will take our idea's back to the drawing board to come up with completely new inspirations to try and improve the response to the brief.
