I decided to begin my idea's with a simplicity flyer style design. I kept both colour and imagery simple to create a high impact message of delivery. I did some initial development stages, using Adobe Illustrator to form the main structural shape of the fish, which would because a continuously used icon throughout the piece. This simple design and use of repetition work really well together. I chose a turquoise / blue colour (pantone 3395 EC) to represent the ocean but kept to the requirements of the brief buy using one stock and two main colours within the piece. The two final designs work as a series showing how fish are dying out, and we need to do something now to stop it. Here are my images so far, before further development of this brief.
